Ely Mill Regeneration

 

Reckless Orchard, in conjunction with Igloo, Arup and S333 Architects, submitted a bid for this major mixed use development on an extensive brown-field site in Cardiff.  

The landscape proposals included an extensive riverside park with allotments, community orchards, wetlands and natural play areas.  

Each neighbourhood also had a multi-functional public space at its centre.
